Women, Infants & Children (WIC)
Healthy food and good nutrition are essential to you and your child’s well-being. The Women, Infants, and Children program (WIC) can provide food assistance for qualifying low-income families.
WIC is a health and nutrition program for women, infants, and children. WIC provides checks/vouchers for buying healthy foods from WIC-authorized vendors. The program also offers nutrition education and healthcare referrals.
Find out here if you are eligible for WIC services.
You can also contact WIC at 1-800-852-5770.
QUICK TIP: Healthy eating starts with knowing what to buy at the grocery store. Place healthy, kid-friendly food options on lower shelves in your kitchen so your children can grab healthy snacks on their own.
